Rigtig fine ting i butikken. Jeg har kun oplevet rigtig god service både i den fysiske butik og på nettet.
Da jeg havde problemer med min bestilling på nettet, og det var lidt skidt da jeg blandt andre ting også købte en gave der snart skulle gives væk, blev jeg hurtigt ringet op og pakken blev sendt af sted samme aften. Jeg modtog mine varer næste dag, og så var gaven endda pakket pænt ind. Det havde jeg ikke engang overvejet at jeg kunne bede om. Miniministeriet får mine bedste anbefalinger!
Der er gode tilbud i "sale" afdelingen og har man lidt tålmodighed og is i maven kan man engang imellem gøre et kup.
Det er rigtig der kan gå lidt tid fra bestilling til levering men det er jo der det er en fordel med gratis returret for så kan man sagtens bestille i flere størrelser hvis man er i tvivl om tøjet passer.
Desuden kan man vente med at betale til man har modtaget varen...det er super

I shop on the internet all the time and never have I felt so cheated or come across such bad service as provided by this company.
I was lured into buying 3 products from this shop because it promised me 3 products for free. As soon as my order was placed I received an email telling me all the free products are sold out.
Very disappointed I immediately contacted CS through their (very bad) message system to ask what does this mean? and also to point out that if they could not provide me with the free products I would like to cancel my order all together since I think this is false advertising and in which case I do not want to buy anything from the shop.
I receive this reply from CS:
“I am sorry this item is currently sold out with our suppliers.
We do have further stock on order however we do not have a definite date to when this will be received with us.
As soon as we receive further stock we will send you an email to let you know that this has been sent to you.”
The very same day the products were dispatched, and I received an email saying that they are not going to send me the free items but instead I will get a 10% discount on my next order, the offer is valid for less than a month!
So instead of offering me a replacement or giving me the option of cancelling my order as I asked them to from the beginning they try to solve it by me having to buy more products from their shop!
I do not at all find their offer a fair replacement which is why I suggest that if they cannot cancel my order that they give me the 10% discount on my current order since the offer with the free products was for my current order.
I sent this enquiry several times but their CS team is determined not to reply to my suggestions at all. Now I am getting tired of receiving standard answers (the few times that I have received an answer) that has nothing to do with what I am asking and realize that they are not interested in meeting me half way or even give me a response on my enquiry.
Now I have lost all faith in the shop and I do not want to lose more money on returning the products.
Since I asked them to cancel the order straight away and they did not do this I think the least they could have done was to pay for the return of the order.
I have now given up getting through to them since their CS is perfectly trained to avoid any complaint or request - actually they are just trained to ignore you……
