Asda

Unreliable

Recently, I ordered £102 worth of groceries online as I am disabled and am unable to get to the shops. I used Asda as I like their produce. On this occasion, Asda debited my card with £102 during the early hours of the morning, BEFORE picking the order. They delivered £78 worth of groceries, approx 75%. When I phoned to complain, they told me that they would return the surplus funds within 8 to 10 days. I did not find this acceptable as no other supermarket that I use debits the card before the final order value is known. Unfortunately, 0 stars is not allowed

Every time that DPD deliver a parcel to me, they e-mail me with a time slot so that I can make sure that somebody is there to sign for it. Great service

Excellent, reliable good value company

I recently bought an 8x6 T&G shed and portabase from this company. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They build to order and call you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. The drivers call you when they are getting close to you so that you are not taken by surprise when they arrive. They will put the shed wherever you want it (within reason). I'll definitely use them again as they were the cheapest I could find online - and the products are top quality. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful

For over 6 months, I had been looking for a battery cover for my LG Viewty Smile, which I had bought through Vodafone. Even LG could not supply me with one.
