Order not yet processed - even though in stock

This is the first time I have shopped with Wiggle as they have 20% off so ordered a Garmin Edge 800 as it was in stock. I paid for the quick dispatch for £4 as I wanted it for the weekend. They say they usually dispatch the same day. Here I am several days and email later with no word from them and order not yet processed. They haven't answered my emails and there is no number to ring - VERY FRUSTRATED.
I won't be shopping there again.

EDIT: Spoken to them this morning and because my first order was expensive they have to do security checks or something, maybe because I paid paypal. This wasn't mentioned and no sure how long it would take but it's been nearly a week. :-(
