my printer never worked

i bought a printer that was supposed to be wireless but has never been able to operate wirelessly. after months of phone support i am in exactly the same situation

i had to use a handset i hated for 2 years. apparently my contract says i couldn't change it, not even to a worse older model.

Blackberry

awful

the most overrated un-user friendly piece of rubbish phone i have ever used was a blackberry. by far the worst phone i have ever owned

i was sent a record that had a skip on it, i was told that i would be called back. no one called back
i have never felt that my custom is appreciated
