I placed order for "next day delivery" on the 27th of September. As I placed it late due 29th chased it twice promised it 30th chased twice didn't show and they couldn't call courier called saturday twice to be told nowt they could do. Asked for manager callback, meant to be in 48 hours still not had it though their system shows he has called. Not me he hasn't. Impossible in this day and age for a company to be this bad at customer service and makes a mockery of tv advert! Shame as idea is great. Spend less money on Vegas and Freddie and more on customer service!!!,!
