Useless - same excuse everytime

Avoid anyone who uses city link - they newver deliver on day one in my experience out of the Oxford (Didcot) depot.

And we always get the same excuse - oh we had an agency driver today and he missed loads.........trouble is if you hear that often enough you know one of two things, either:

1. they do not care enough to fix the agency driver issues!
2. it is not the real reason and is a stock answer

Maybe someone from city Link should look at DPD and learn something!

ordered 11am day 1, delivered 9am day 2 - PERFECTION

I ordered some glasses at 11am on day 1 and by 9am day 2 I have a perfectly packed delivery of my RIEDEL Sommerlier glasses.

Oh and by the way the cheapest price on the net as well!
