Brilliant customer service

Amazing customer service - I wasn't happy with the finish on the first lot of cards I received - they had been lightened too much for my liking. I called christmascards and spoke to Tony, who with no quibble whatsoever, reprinted another for me, sent it to me for my approval and then reprinted the whole lot again. It was so quick and efficient and pleasant too - at no point did I feel I was going to have to argue my case. I wish more companies could be like this - I loathe complaining so to be treated so courteously and fairly was wonderful.
