Nice to find another surf brand store but find the range limited and some prices a bit much if what you want isn't in the sale. Delivery takes about a week just over, be better if under. That said if I could find what I want again at right price would use again.
Ordered a couple of things an delivery seems to take on average just over a week, would prefer if under a week! Range seems quite limited but after bit of trawling found items along lines of what I waned all be it not exactly. Pricing seems random, as in similar items have vast diff in price, and usually the one I wanted was the most expensive so had to settle on something else.
I also had to email a query about a bag I was looking at buying, checking whether the zip opened completely or just at front, which they did answer but also started giving info on weight, so not sure why or what relevant it had to my initial query, maybe they didn't read it correctly.
All said and done though, I would still order again as they are not too bad, there are worse and more expensive out there.
I thought their Tees looked quite nice, like the ethical side, bit miffed paying for delivery but thought what the hell, I like a few of the tees so thought would order one and maybe more if was good when it arrived.
Now this is where the problem lies. weeks later no tee. Given they charge for delivery this is pathetic service.

I've also sent them an email pointing out their lack of service and product asking for full refund.
Well 3 days on, no repsonse, no refund, no product. next step report them to my bank as fraudsters and trading standards.
Diabolicable company to deal with. Instore staff appear to be blagging students, with little or no management supervison as was the case when I went back to a store having beign told by the lass who sold me the product if any problems come back and see them. Not only were completely different staff instore but also no management whatsoever. After weeks if not months of trying to speak to a call centre, clearley based in india and following a script with no deposire to actually respond to the problem in hand. No matter what you try to do you only ever and up in the Indian call centre, like wise you write to the UKL addresses and low and behold thay contact you from India. Not a sinlge ounce of cusotmer service. Took evetually to writign to Hutchinson addresses directed at CEO to eventually get problem solved. Only way to get satisfaction with 3 is to be stubborn and persevere and go right to the top. I will NEVER use 3 again. I'd rather rate with 0 stars to be honest.
