Valentine flowers delivered at 10pm and then put in our dustbin!!

The dozen roses I had ordered for my partner for Valentines Day have just been delivered at 10pm! When we didn't get to the door quickly enough, they were put in our dustbin.

Never, ever again - I'll stick to a firm who can deliver - avoid them like the plague!!

PS - Interested to note that [name], who runs the business, has spent the morning following Valentines Day trying to get adverse reviews off Trustpilot by challenging the absence of proof of purchase (which I have now provided) rather than contacting all of us to apologise and arrange our refunds.....

Thankfully I paid for mine via Pay Pal and have lodged a dispute with them.

Bernards Bins

Ignored request to combine postage - not impressed

Bernards Bins is actually Big Dug.

I ordered two louvred plates for hooking storage bins to the wall of my workshop - one from BB and the other from Big Dug. They were ordered within minutes of each other on eBay - when I realised that they were the same company, I e-mailed them asking them to combine postage. My e-mail was simply ignored. Both items were delivered by the same driver at the same time.

I am not impressed.....

ao.com

Superb service from beginning to end

This transaction - the purchase of a new washer/dryer for my elderly parents - could not have gone more smoothly. Helpful sales staff, excellent delivery staff and a superb appliance.

We will use AOL again!

P4D | Parcels for Delivery

Highly recommended!

P4D recently managed a collection and delivery to the US using Fed Ex. Much to my (and the recipient’s) astonishment the parcel was at his home in Texas within a very few days.

Astonishingly good service – not the first time I’ve been impressed by their work!!

Shedstore

Poor Quality shed

We had taken the trouble to send them a set of directions to our house, as it is on a new development and SatNavs take you somewhere else when you type in the postcode .

We were telephoned at 0715 - yes, we were both asleep; we are retired, so why not? - by their driver who wanted to tell us that he would be here in half an hour. That was very kind of him. An hour later he phoned to say that he was lost as he had not been given the directions we sent.

To their credit, Shedstore admitted that the intructions had been forwarded to their delivery company, who simply ignored them.

The shed (when it was finally delivered by two men who couldn't look me in the eye when I spoke to them) was appalling quality. The panels had warped and the roofing felt had melted at the end of the roll where it had clearly been left out in the sun. We have put it together, but doubt if it will last more than a year.

Another experience with a companyis that they can't be bothered to print out directions when we send them and hand them to their drivers - we then end up (as we did this morning ) with late, lost and bad tempered delivery men.

Don't buy from them - pay a bit more and get a decent shed!

We appreciate this customers frustration but the crux seems to relate to the driver and the carrier company, not Shedstore. As stated, "the intructions had been forwarded to their delivery company, who simply ignored them." The carriers are independent and therefore not employees of Shedstore but we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Should the panels continue to warp, please feel free to contact us, with some pictures to assist if possible, and we will be happy to help where we can.
