Having used Which? to find myself a decent tumble dryer, I followed their link to Redhill Appliances in order to purchase a Zanussi ZDC37100W condenser dryer. I purchased online from Redhillappliances.co.uk on 3.9.10. After chasing them for delivery, I received my tumble dryer. Except they hadn't delivered what I purchased. They delivered me a different model. When I called to point this out, their customer service style was 'interesting' to say the least. I was told that the model I ordered was not in stock, therefore they had replaced it with the nearest equivalent. The Zanussi ZDC37200W. Not a model rated well by Which? They collected the unwanted dryer on 20.9.2011. A week later I chased them for the refund. I was reassured that this would be in my account within 3-5 working days. Having chased again this morning (5.10.11) I was told that the payment had not been processed, and was again reassured that the payment would be in my account within 3-5 working days. It won't be long before I am contacting my credit card company to act on my behalf. I have also contacted Which? as well as Trading Standards.
