Amazing service and amazing glasses
This is the second pair of glasses I've bought from here and yet again the delivery is lightning quick. Every time they tell you exactly where your glasses are and when they will be delivered. Seriously if you want awesome glasses with a fantastic customer service then Redhotsunglasses are for you :-)

Tottenham Hale branch and their surly attitude
Dear sir/madam,
This is an email of absolute complaint.
I went to the Tottenham Hale branch to buy a camera for my girlfriends birthday. The Canon expert there was brilliant but I have to say I found the other people I came into contact with downright rude, in fact I'd go so far as to say your 'security' officer (chubby little man) should seek working in a prison given his attitude.
I picked the camera and one of the chaps took my order. The price had to be amended as it was the last camera which was on display. I then went to pay for the camera only to be told that the price had not been amended. The lady who served me seemed to have something else she'd rather have been doing. Maybe her job? She basically argued the toss then she and th esecurity guard told me to go back and get the peice of paper that said the price. Now to my mind either of them should have gone to get the price. Thats their job not mine or should I be charging for my time to muck around in their shop?
In a nutshell I will not be spending any money at Tottenham Hale. It should be worth noting that both myself and my partner have bought a tv, tumble dryer and microwave from there and every occasion we have been met with a surly attitude. The security guard needs to dial it down a bit. I used to work the doors and know a little about how to handle people. He is just a little fat man with a chip on his shoulders.
It should be noted that I'm loyal to Currys as a brand and will therefore only buy from yourselves online. I will however never set foot in your stores again.

So far so good, so excellent
Brilliant price for what I'm getting. ok so its the same as I was paying to insure and Yamaha Fazer but hey at the end of the day I've got peace of mind. All boxes are ticked and signing up couldn't be simpler.
I was going to go with my bank but to be honest they were so clueless I though better of it.
So far I'm very impressed, very impressed :-)
