Hi, i have had a similar problem with Datakits. I ordered and paid for a Jabra BT250V bluetooth headset on 6th June 2009 and sent email after email with no reply. I got a reply saying we will send you a new item out after tracing the tracking number from the first item which they di not disclose to me. I am sendin email after email with no reply. They must have blocked my email address now as i'm not even recieving the automated email. It's now the 10th July and still no item recieved or email to explain why. I also entered a code for free shipping which which was taken off the price on the site but was charged to my credit card. I'm am wondering if to contact the police and report it as theft now as i am getting no replies to my emails.
