great company but disappointed in photo quality

love the concept of a design your own photo xmas card that also supports charity. this is my second year using this company, but this year I was disappointed in the quality of the printed photo (despite it being a very high quality image, well above the minimal pixel size)

I just had a quick look at your design and I can't see why there should have been any problem with the reproduction of your photo. I will get Tony to give you a call to discuss and obviously we will see if we can tweak our hardware to produce a card that meets your expectations.
