HMV
Excellent service, great choice, very cheap when it comes to deals.
I always make a point of going into an HMV whenever I am in the UK to pick up loads of discounted DVDs for the kids.
That being said, I really do not buy anything else from them (CDs etc). I have also bought a few XBox360 games too, at what I found to be excellent value.
Keep those prices low HMV, and you'll keep the bootleggers out of business.

Very good service even if a bit expensive on delivery
Ok, so what do you get for free, well not much, and seeing the high delivery charges, I know I am not getting my business cards for free, however, VistaPrint delivered way before their estimated (and I think wildly exaggerated) date, the cards were top notch. However I find it a bit of a cheek to offer a promotional set of card/brochures that basically amount to their marketing material for the extra 1.66. I will not be making the mistake of ordering that again.
Saying that though, I will be ordering my next set of cards through them.

Excellent service, great choice, very competitive, and speedy delivery

I always use Amazon as a price comparison to other online providers, and have found it to be very competitive on price and choice.
Recently moved to France from the UK, I am not able to order from quite a few sites that do UK only delivery, so my choice is also limited. Of the truly international online sellers, Amazon comes top in my list for price, service and coverage.

Very good service, shame about the delivery
Very impressed by the website, and the prices were very competitive.
The website was quite easy to navigate with helpful wizards.
I'm sorry to say ParcelForce let you down and prevented the 5th star.
Paying 15 for a 3 day service which eventually too a whole week almost lost me my client, and I found the tracking to be totally useless. By the way, the link from the confirmation e-mail does not work, so had to go to the main ParcelForce website to do the tracking.
Will buy from them again though, but I think I might wait until I make a trip to the UK so that I can pick it up myself. (I don't know if the UK delivery is better than the European delivery service, a second order will tell)
