I bought two onesies for my twin daughter's Christmas present. They loved them - and they were nice and exactly what was shown on the website - but within two hours one of the zips had broken and couldn't be fixed. And now, one month later, the other onesies' zip has broken. So I wish I had paid more elsewhere.
I have used Sainsbury's on-line home delivery for my groceries for years and it's an excellent service. They give you a one-hour time slot and they always turn up on time, and if you're not home for any reason they wait a bit and contact you. They often turn up early as well. I've never not had a delivery in several years of ordering.
They always have the vast majority of what I have ordered, and offer a substitute service if you want which you're not obliged to take.
Their back-up telephone service is excellent as well.
Sainsbury's on-line home delivery is to my mind what the internet is for.
My son ordered a Wii 10 days ago to arrive in time for his birthday at the weekend. It said it would be delivered by Express Delivery, which should take one or two days. It is now 10 days later and despite two emails asking what is happening nothing has been delivered, or even attempted. There has been no response to our emails, and I hung on the telephone for 15 minutes before getting fed up with the phone not being answered and hung up. Thankfully we paid by credit card so we will get our money back. But are they about to go into liquidation? What is happening?
