Product absolutely fine but the customer service was absolutely appalling. Having contacted The Protein Lab to change my delivery address (before dispatch) they assured me that the parcel would definitely be delivered to the new address instead. I was told the parcel would be dispatched the next Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. I took a day off work to wait in for the delivery yet nothing arrived. By Monday I phoned Protein Lab to ask where my parcel was only to be told that 1. It had been dispatched 2 days late, 2. It had been dispatched to the wrong address, 3. The person I spoke to would phone me back with the parcel consignment number so I could at least find out what had happened to the parcel - he didn't phone back (not a surprise). The courier had attempted to deliver the package to the original address I had given Protein Lab causing no end of grief for me. I was told by Protein Lab that they had no record of me contacting them regarding the change of address. I guess this exonerates them from any blame in this matter...
I bought a packet of electrolyte powder to use during training. You only use 0.6g (measured using myprotein's micro scoop) per 500ml of water, so the 250g packet lasts a long time! I just use the powder as it is - unflavoured. It would be easy to add the powder to juice if that's your preference. They gave me several delivery options (I just chose the cheapest) and were very helpful and friendly when I contacted them about the product. To sum myprotein up it would be "Great value for money without the need for fancy packaging".
I was attracted to a great offer on the Cyclestore website and had no hesitation in ordering from them. After placing the order I was contacted by Cyclestore to inform me that their supplier had not got my product in stock and asked me if I still wanted to proceed with the order. I said yes, but then I had to keep emailing them to find out what the status of the order was. Eventually after several weeks I was told the ordered product had arrived (and would be dispatched asap) but that my paypal payment had expired. I immediately rectified the paypal problem and waited (again) for my order. After two weeks (and nothing) I contacted them again. They said they had missed the payment I had made and were very sorry. I received my order the next day.
In the circumstances the communication from Cyclestore was very poor. I was far more patient than most people would have been in that position, but a few emails would have made the all the difference to this ordeal.
