Easy to use, I received emailed quotes within hours of confirming bulky item for collection, very competitive compared to hiring van yourself, with no obligation to choose a quote provided by various companies and was easy to book a collection with good communication from the driver.
A pleasant experience that couldn't have been easier!
Having purchased an "in stock" item on their website, I received a call 5 days into the order asking if I wanted to go ahead as the order was non cancelable, having gone ahead I was told delivery would be 7 days. Having heard nothing I chased up by phone only to be told the vanity unit was in the warehouse and delivery would be either the following Friday or Monday.
When i phoned on the Monday, they stated that they could not obtain the item and that a full refund would be issued same day!
Having chased them for a further 2 weeks I was always told I would be refunded that day but the money never arrived. A month after placing the order I eventually was refunded. Everytime I spoke to someone on the phone they were unhelpful and mostly disinterested!
Avoid, I ordered a bathroom cabinet from them with an estimated delivery time frame of 10 working days, on the 9th working day they emailed to advise that they couldn't fulfill the order and would refund me, 2 weeks later I am still chasing and am using other means to get my refund. Their customer services advise that the refunds area do not have telephones, how very convenient for them that they are able to send emails advising that it takes up to 30 days for a refund! Isn't it strange how customer payments are immediate but refunds to customers takes forever. Absolute rubbish service.
