i ordered ram amd after a mix up i has ordered it 3 time mr memory contacted me .i now have my ram and it is working well .thank you nice to know you are so on the ball and i will use your in the future

Hi Patrick,
Many apologies your order has not yet arrived. I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 3rd October. Our Standard Free shipping to Ireland is 4/5 business days, I noticed that you placed your order on the UK site – and shipping is quoted as 2/3 days within the UK only. During checkout – we show a note explaining that customers from Ireland need to click on the Irish Flag – the shipping times would then have been displayed as 4/5 business days.
Your order was received on Friday 30th Sept during the evening and was shipped on the next business day - Monday 3rd Oct, therefore we would expect your order to arrive on Monday at the latest – this will then be 5 business days and within the delivery time. If it has not arrived by Monday, please let us know and we will investigate and re-ship your order if required.
