Budget travel but better
This is how it should be done. Just traveled to Hurghada and back with EasyJet. The booking process was easy, no extra charges unlike some companies!
Took the speedy boarding option which I highly recommend. Got extra leg room both ways.

Never fail to deliver quality and price
Use these time and time again. Pricing is extremely competitive and delivery is fast. Watch out at checkout, they always try and direct you away from the free delivery.

Extra charges keep on coming
Printed out my boarding pass but this proved to be just a confirmation so I was charged extra at the gate. Eventually found the proper link hidden right at the bottom of the page. I will avoid this company like the plague in the future. Other budget airlines do much better.

Top class customer service
Bought King Dick spanners. Quick word of advice: Don't. Lawson HIS couldn't have been better at dealing with the problem. Immediate offer of exchange, replacement or refund as I decided.
Great communication and first class service. It's only when things go wrong that you find the benefit of dealing with a professional, customer oriented, business.
