This company will send you a cheaper substitute if they do not have the product you ordered in stock.
They will not automatically refund you the difference in price. in my case I returned the item and received a partial refund but they refused to reimburse the postage fees.
Their customer services are appalling: if you ring up it's a recorded message and if you e-mail the reply is written by an illiterate numpty. I had to ask paypal to act on my behalf to get my money back- they were absolute stars and sorted it immediately.
My advice is give this company a wide berth and buy elsewhere from a more honest company.
