Now that makes a refreshing change!!!!
I am doing major renovation work on a Victorian terrace house, and had become totally despondent at the lack of customer service, lack of product knowledge, apathy and even at times what seems to be a determination by some companies to make it difficult for me to buy anything from them.
And then along came Victoria Plumb. Congratulations to you all for being pleasant, courteous, helpful and on the ball with the delivery. You made my day. I will happily recommend you to anyone thinking of buying from you. Nice to know there are companies out there who know what customer service really means.
