I wish I didn't even have to give this Company one star. Ordered a cushion in January and a month later (despite the site saying it is in stock) the wrong one arrived. After many calls and emails to their office, this happened three times. By June this year, I gave up and told them I wanted a refund and to cancel everything. It is August, they still haven't refunded me all my money and are refusing to do so. My blood is boiling from this and if I had money to burn then I would have probably got more enjoyment from doing just that instead of ever having the misfortune to come across this totally inept Company.
Submitted my details on a Thursday and sent my phone off, money was in the bank by Friday afternoon. Received email communications of the progress all along the way and truly impressed with the speed and service. A+
