1 man delivery team, unit was dropped, driver struggled, causing broken door.However I was given a refund of the delivery fee I paid by gesture of goodwill. PRC advised new door via LG but ref number didnt exist and PRC reluctant to chase. Contacted LG directly who advised not to accept replacement door as this invalidates 28 day return initial warranty. So arranged for collection and refund - again 1 man collection team who couldnt load it without assistance - I was asked to help push a fridge freezer up onto the van from the tail lift whilst my baby was in the house, which I couldnt do. I had to call on people to help and get my neighbours over ! This is a health and safety issue re load lifting. A poor experience and I wouldnt use again as customer service is not good.
Always had problems with online account - most of the services which would be great tools if they worked.....were always unavailable - such as usage analysis. My online account was totally deleted twice by Vodafone. I changed my name by marriage, they wouldnt channge my name without seeing marriage licence which i took into a store so they could update records.....but still my account remained in my maiden name. calls to customer services are redirected to call centre in another country - I believe Egypt. The people receiving the calls dont give a toss about the info they give you and just a simple request involves being on hold for 6 minutes, being given wrong info, and then them getting even my first name wrong !! Totally incompetent. I have now ended my contract and gone to a better provider.

Bought some ladies clothes online. Despatch notes says return to store for a refund but when I drove to Worcester they refused to accept as it was a concession and said i had to arrange a courier return. I called customer service to arrange the courier but they said I couldnt return via courier as it was concession and i had to return to store. I said store wont take so they said I had to post via royal mail but to different addresses. What a total waste of time ! As if i havent got better things to do. Wont order online again.
Previously i returned a top which had developed holes after only 8 weeks of use and the store manager accused me of damaging the top myself and refused to refund and were very rude and aggressive !
