Phantom delivery man
These delivery drivers never cease to amaze. I was waiting for a delivery yesterday. I just when through to kitchen which is right next to the door with my daughter in law when the yodel card came through the letter box. My daughter in law opened the door and there was no one there, he must have ran to his van and off he went. Now he didnt chap my door as we were both right next to it and my dog would have started barking. When we looked at the card i got the usual sorry your not in and he had left the parcel in one of the bins outside.Parcel had been put in bin before he even came near the door. As i am disabled i was not very happy as had i been at home alone i never would have been able to get it out of the bin. I phoned the number on the Yodel card only to be told i could not make an official complaint unless i did so through there web site. Well i'm still lookong for the site i was told to go on..I for one don't think this is very good customer service.

Ideal Way To Shop
Littlewoods have a fantastic variety of goods. shopping on line is quick and simple and delivery time is always excellent and on time. It is so simple to return items not suitable. Has the added value of shopping in the comfort of your own home especially if like myself you are unable to go to shops. I have always had good customer services and staff are always helpfull and courteous. I would definitiley recommend shopping with Littlewoods to my friends and family.
