I booked some tickets late via Ticketsinventory website last month. When I got the confirmation email, I was horrified to see that I had made an error. My tickets never arrived and I stupidly didn't callt hem until the morning of the event ! was on hold for not very long at all, and the agent on the phone kindly arranged for duplicates to be placed at the box office for collection. Thats the kind of service that will keep me coming back .All I can say is that it was a good experience.
