what a difference to other companies
I have flown many times with other airlines, and I can honestly say that this was far superior. we went through all the usual procedures at the airport in no time whatsoever.

a very good experience all round.
This year , because of a special offer on price, I decided to park in the closer to the terminal car park 3 at east midlands airport, rather than my usual car park 6 or 7, what a difference this made!
we were in the departure lounge in no time, it gave us a good start to a perfect holiday break.
