I have ordered a couple of times from this site. Once a pair of high end boots and once goal keeping gloves.
Both arrived in the time frame promised and the goods were exactly what I'd ordered. Praices are keen
The pack contains all the details you need for a return and if the goods are faulty or incorrect they pay return postage.

Good products and good backup

I have an upright and a hand held vacuum from Dyson.
I have had a problem with a faulty battery on the hand held but was able to get help from the service centre (on a public holiday) and they stepped through the trouble shooting, accepted the fault and dispatched the battery. I had it in three days.
I have purchased accessories from them directly. Pricey but good quality.

Great range and reliable service

I have ordered a number of books through the Book Depository and have always received a reliable and prompt service.
One order for 4 books was sent in four packages, the fourth one was delayed because customs got interested in the large number of similar packages, but I can't fault a company that will pay postage on separate packages to make sure I get my order.

Goods are right but delivery is off

I have purchased a couple of times from Amazon and have always recieved the gear eventually.
One book that was in stock took 4 weeks.
One set of CDs that were also in stock and I paid priority postage for were still bouncing back and forward with a delivery companythat didn't understand their own network. Eventually had to change delivery address to get the goods 4 weeks after Christmas.
Careful which delivery option you choose!

Slow delivery

I placed an order in September and recieved the goods 7 weeks later.
I was eventually given a tracking number which was the identification number on the parcel when it arrived
Goods delivered were exactly what was ordered.
