Do what they promise.
Replied promptly to questions. Then carried out reglazing as ordered and on stated timescale.
This was a test for me so I ordered the basic varifocal lens to see if the various coatings made any difference to functionality. They seem to be as good as my remaining coated lenses!

Disappointing product quality
I bought some "traditional pine cladding" for a ceiling.The product had good customer reviews on the Wick's website, but I was very disappointed. Many boards were warped with a rough surface, and holes where the knots used to be. It is difficult to identify these in store as the boards are wrapped in packs of 5. I put them up anyway, and am unhappy with the finish which is a little uneven.
I guess the moral here is to spend more on better quality wood. These were 3 metre lengths and 74 mm thick so perhaps I should have anticipated the problems.

The service was exactly as promised. I paid for delivery by 10-00 am the next day and the product arrived at 9-30.
My only criticism was of the web site ordering. The product was not for me (fortunately!) and so I wanted a delivery address different to mine. I typed appropriate instructions in the box provided, but when the order was completed, I found it was to be delivered to my address. I corrected this subsequently on line, but that seems an unnecessary step. I took the precaution of telephoning to check the delivery and the person who took the call seemed to think it was coming to me though he subsequently found the correction.
I don't think I missed anything on the website to make this option available thogh it was 2 am when I place the order!
