I recently put an order from their online shop for some 7-8 posters.
When i received the order some posters were a little bit scratched and some were different sizes.
I've tried to contact them via email with no success at first. When i finally did and talked to them about my problem they decided to refund my order at full which they did at that day even and they said to me a hundred sorrys.
In my opinion they handled my case very well, very professionally and i would definitely buy again from them and recommend them to anyone because a good company is 99% of the aftersales service and not which one has the better prices

I live in cyprus and I will tell you my story about this company.
I decided to put a pre order for 3 gears of war limited edition games 4 months before the official release. The sum was near 170 pounds.
2 days before the release i got an email saying that some customers might get their orders cancelled and that the customers should put the order again.
When i tried to do that i couldnt find the exact game again only variations, the normal game or the epic edition but not the limited.
I didnt want to order again because of that but i decided to order an epic edition gears of war just as a second chance.
I did that, the release date was at the 10th of semptember, and i am still waiting for it to arrive 20 days later. I only received a strange letter from them, it was a receipt/advice note like an invoice saying in small letters somewhere that the items would follow on a separate advice note. What does this means?? I've never seen anything like that in the past and i've made lots of online orders.
So conclusion:
Game is by far the worst company i've ever seen for these reasons.
1. I believe at a 4 month pre-order you make everything to satisfy your customer because he/she trusted YOU
2. They are not 'business aware' i mean the sum was quite large for an individual to buy a product 3-4 times means its either a small shop or someone with some friends and its a group order. so 3-4 people now share the same opinion.
3. They never answered me one email. I've sent them 2 when they canceled my pre-order, one when i ordered just to be sure and 3-4 when i got the curious letter/advice note i still dont know how to call it.
Keep away people, dont get fooled about low prices or stock availability, better take your money, go to your bank, open a new account and put it there and in 1-2 months go and withdraw it. Its the same thing
