Excellent Service - As Always

Broadbandbuyer is in my view the very best online source of networking and associated equipment. Their website contains a wealth of extremely useful information backed up by immediate access to knowledgeable and impartial advisors who are easily and quickly contactable by phone or email. We have used them many times over recent years and, due to what I have said above and the fact that their prices are competitive and their delivery super-fast, we don't waste time looking anywhere else.

THIS MUST BE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD !

I would Yodel give a star rating of minus 1000 if it was possible. They have repeatedly failed to deliver, forcing me to their website where the provided links do not recognise the item number provided by them. The only option then is to contact them by phone and be subjected to the rudeness and blatant lies of their ignorant, useless staff. Our CCTV filmed one delivery lady signing her electronic device herself when she arrived when we were out and left a parcel in our porch, in plain view of and just a few yards away from the road. Unsurprisingly the parcel was stolen and she claimed that it had been signed for by a member of my family ! I sent my evidence to Yodel who promised to investiagte and get back to me - they didn't bother.

Abysmal.

IT DOESN'T GET WORSE THAN THIS.......

Utter pisstakers. The worst service imagineable. They give no clue as to when they might attempt to deliver, thereby expecting you to stay at home for days on end.
In fact I was in when they made their one attempt to deliver, but my doorbell was not rung. My office overlooks the driveway and I saw a man approach with a piece of paper in his hand and I assumed it was a junkmail delivery. It was only later that I found the MyYodel card on the doormat. I then had no choice but to go into their useless online parcel tracking system where their tracking numbers don't work, so I had to ring them and found myself at the mercy of their rude and stupid staff. I was given no less than four different delivery dates on all of which they failed to deliver. Finally I discovered that the parcel had been sent back to the sender immediately after the first delivery attempt and that each subsequent delivery promise had been a blatant lie.
Their is no option to give no stars, or minus stars so I have to award one which is way more than this awful Company deserves.
