She was even able to offer a great accomodation only deal to our friends that live in Oz that are holidaying with us & then sent me a bottle of champagne for recommending her to them.
We have not been on our holiday yet so I cannot comment on this but everything so far has been very smooth.
I ordered some liqueurs and monin syrups to make cocktails that I couldn't get in the shops. They had a great range and the website was easy to navigate.
Ordering was simple and delivery was £5.95 which isn't too bad.
My bottles came quickly and the wrapping was great.
Will definitely use them again.
I found the buying process with next very difficult. Once I had selected my items Next made me open an account to place an order, whereas most websites do not. Then I realised that they did a credit search to open an account. I know how credit searches lower your credit score & I am about to get a mortgage so do not want one. I find it unacceptable that a website forces you to open a (potentially damaging) credit account just to buy one thing-we are in a recession! I ended up not buying the lamp online & going instore. I sent an email to Next complaints but they never replied- shoddy customer service. I will not shop with them again.
