fast and efficient

I placed the order on the 3rd. The web site was easy to navigate and logical. My order was dispatched on the 5th, and I received a well wrapped parcel on the 6th.
I can't comment on post-delivery customer service as I had no problems.
The only reason I didn't give 5* was that my mobile number was printed on the parcel. I can understand why, but I don't like it.

could be better

The mattress feels good quality and is firm enough. However, the waterproof cover is just a moveable sheath about a 1/4 to 1/3 the length of the mattress, so it's either guarding from sick, or leaking nappy - not both.
The care sheet was sellotaped to the mattress cover. No matter how carefully I tried to peel it off, it brought the superficial layer of fabric off the cover with it.
Small points, but like I said, Could be better.

Thank you for your review. I have checked this mattress in our warehouse and it appears that this is the design and you only have the moveable waterproof membrane sheet to protect this mattress. I have checked the specifications of the mattress and the cover is wipe clean for those accidents. We appreciate your comments and have passed these onto Rochingham. Many thanks
