We used Jet2 Holidays for the first time in September 2012 when we went to Playa D'en Bossa on our honeymoon. Flight out was on time with friendly helpful and polite cabin crew. Coach transfers went without a hitch. Due to "operational difficulties" (ie. problems with a Jet2 aircraft I believe !) our return flight was delayed by just over an hour and operated by Avion Express, but have no complaints as Jet2 Holidays dealt with everything in a very efficient manner. We were quite lucky considering one Thomson flight was showing a 2 hrs delay whilst a Thomas Cook flight was showing a 8 hrs delay.
Used Jet2 Holidays again in October 2012 when we went to Stalis, Crete. Again we were very impressed with all the holiday arrangements and especially with the friendliness and politeness all of the cabin crew on both flights.
Jet2 planes may be a little older than some other airlines but they appear much cleaner inside and out than some other more well known airlines we've used and there appears to be much more legroom as well.
We won't hesitate to use Jet2 Holidays again in the future if we can find the right destination at the right price.
Have used Holidayextras before when using Manchester T2 Long stay carpark and have always received a very exceelent value for money parking.
Even this time when the carpark barrier machine failed to recognise my card used for the original booking both on our arrival and departure, a quick press of the help button had us entering and leaving the carpark without delay.
Will definately be using Holidayextras again.
