Eventually got the product and are happy with it.

Ordered 28th December but the order did not arrive. We were treated well and told they would send it out again. Nothing was received. Another phone call, and there was no record of the first. This time we did receive a replacement and we are happy with the product and the price. It will probably not stop us ordering from Sigma again as could be a one off over a busy period.
