Good deals but you have to jump through hoops
On the face of it, some great deals and I bought a phone for my wife from these guys.
Trouble is the deal involved having to claim every quarter to get money back.
If they could automate this process, they would be much higher rated.

Always competitive, always reliable
Scan have been my supplier of choice for PC parts for around eight years and they have NEVER let me down or failed to respond to any request of communication.
Take heed - this is customer service.

Pizza is great
Pizza is great but the prices are simply ridiculous! I only use them if they have offers on but they are the best delivery pizza on the market!

Very Reliable Services
The content and ease of use may not be quite up to the same standard as Sky but the reliability is great.
Broadband is far and away the best available in the UK mainstream.
Price wise, not much to choose between them and Sky who are both miles ahead of BT.
BBC
Very informative websites
All the BBC sites have up to the minute and excellent content. They are well informed and have different takes on the same subject.
Only four stars because they have only one view on all matters "green" and this just annoys me!

They won't stop bombarding me!
I go to the website to see what the business cards are like but am not keen.
I leave the website and hope that is that but they have since bombarded my email account with eight emails in less than two weeks.
The quality of the products seems a little less than excellent when viewed online but in fairness, I haven't ordered any so I am not in a position to judge.

They didn't have my car ready and couldn't find it!
Despite having email and text confirmation of my booking.
Despite the fact I called before arriving - they still weren't expecting me and I was not on the print out for the day of arrival.
If that wasn't bad enough, when we returned to collect our car, it wasn't ready and we waited 30 minutes while they looked for it. In the end I had to find it myself and the attendant had the temerity to suggest that we must have returned at the wrong time!
The key fob was clearly marked as "Sunday 18:30" but our car was parked amongst the "Wednesday" cars.
Rubbish service!
