Very solid constructed items
Bought a frying pan and was pleased with the quality of the item, really sturdy cast aluminium contruction and should last many years, a lot more than 'pressed steel' types.
Delivery was quick and the item really well protected, in bubblewrap and a sturdy cardboard box with air pocket packaging.
Definitely recommend ProCook to friends and family.

Very happy with my phone
I decided to go from PAYG smart phone to a contract one and chose an HTC because it would do all I needed and the Android system is the way forward.

Good contact throughout delivery process
After the purchase was made I was kept fully informed of the progress of the order and an estimated delivery date given. A phone call from the delivery company confirmed the date and ensured that it was suitable. Really happy with the service I received.
