I ordered a fan to replace a fan thought to be faulty. When it arrived it was established the original fan was fine but the controller module was faulty. Fastlec agreed return of fan without question, credited the difference between the fan and controller and the new controller was dispatched within a couple of days. Excellent service and would definitely recommend and use them again.
