Yes the packaging is nice, and their prices are low, but you get what you pay for as the actual product is of poor quality.
I tested Moo out with my business cards, and the quality of print was terrible, with a pink tinge on half of them and the image was not crisp.
I will not use them again and will continue to pay more to get a better quality from other companies!
Chris J Hanson found this review useful
I placed my order well before the companies "guaranteed delivery before Christmas" deadline...but was concerned when it didn't arrive.
So I phoned the company to find only an answer machine telling me that all orders will be delivered before Christmas!
So I e-mailed the company to explain that my order had not been delivered, but received no response, still no delivery, no refund and no pressie to give at Christmas!
We have only layed 25% of the floor so far, but (so far!) the quality is very good, with only one plank being slightly damaged, but still useable. The finish is also of a very high standard considering the price!
The only negative was the advice given by the sales woman on the phone, who advised us to not buy any underlay, which was a suprise as you would think sales people would want you to buy more!
As we are laying this floor directly onto old parquet style sub floor (too time consuming/unnecessary to remove!) we decided that an underlay was necessary, so purchased this sepperatly...no harm done!
Overall out experience with this company is 10/10, and will use them again in the future.
