I have purchased a pair of glasses. The website was pretty easy to use however, it didn't have all measurements so I had to sent my query to company's customer service. I've received a prompt & satisfying reply. Still wasn't sure if I will be happy with the product without trying them first. The glasses arrived within a few days, and I was very happy with my choice as they fit me perfectly!
