My 1st order with Parcel2go and with their instructions informing me to hand over any 'remaining' paperwork to the pickup driver but there was NO PAPERWORK provided in the process and also the email instructing me to attach an envelope to my parcel with all the paperwork inside it made it even more confusing !!!
Worried sick for hours trying to find a customer service telephone number, one apparently doesnt exist, !, so all this confusion was cleared up within mere minutes of a live chat customer service liason with Customer Service Representative, Remi, assured me instantly there were no other documents needed to Send to France as its within the EU but if i was sending to the Rest of the World then the other Documents and 'paperwork' would have been provided with the shipping label printout.
