I purchased a machine on line using my debit card, payment was accepted and a receipt issued. The next day I was contacted by Nespresso and told that I needed to send them a utility bill to prove who I am. What nonsense, I have purchased many online products including items of much higher value without the need to produce private information. Surely my card is sufficient, well it is with all the other companies I have dealt with. Well at least I have found out early how this company treats its customers and I am not surprised it has a less than average rating on the TrustPilot website

Like others I had a few sleepless nights wondering if i had done the right thing in buying an expensive watch over the internet. I needn`t have, everything was handled with speed, arrived as promised and is exactly as ordered. Even my mind change on the warranty option was accepted and actioned.
