Needs to improve.
Poor Service, Poor Sales people, Poor Sales Process.
Didnt have a good experience in Stoneacre, the whole set up just seemed like they were trying to rip me off, they didnt tell me the truth as they made up figures about how much the car would be if bought direct from the main dealer, I had just been in the main dealer so knew he was talking nonsence.
I asked for a price to change and for some reason it took them 8 hours to call and give me the figures, they said they needed to inspect the car call around some traders etc etc to get the price, then when the person called me all they had done is look in the Black book.
Anyone can value a car on What Car in 2 mins and get an idea of the price.
The price given to me was way off a valuation I had been given by a trader that I have now sold the car to for cash, so am now looking for a new car.
