Interesting to see that my experience is similar to that of another reviewer only 3 weeks ago (see "Never again!"). In summary, Misco despatched to the wrong address, their courier tried to deliver there twice, even after I pointed out the mistake both to Misco and the courier, their "customer service 24 hour response" means you might get a reply but don't expect any action, and I've been told I have to order it again "if I require the item". Why would I order it in the first place if I don't require it? And why would I order from Misco again if they are likely to wrongly address it again? Wouldn't it just be simpler to send me a replacement to the right address? Doh!!!!! Never again for me, too.
UPDATE - On top of all this, I later found that the refund I got was minus the delivery charge, so they charged me for NOT delivering the goods.
