DAMAGED GOODS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY ARE JUST RUDE

Made an order which took some while to arrive.

Deliver man brought box into house noting it was quite badly damaged and needed to check contents. He opened the bode, noted that the dog food bag was split and contents spilling out.

He said he would write damaged on his machine and that this would go back to PetSupermarket who would react to offer replacement or refund. I signed on this condition.

I waited a few days for this message to go back to PetSupermarket and be registered on the system then rang.

I got a very rude man saying I signed for delivery I must have been happy, I should not have trusted the courier companies signed for conditions and it was all my fault.

NEVER USING THEM AGAIN AND WILL WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

Shameful behaviour.

ordered DS game they said was in stock...

3 weeks later still not arrived...rang customer services who said item was still in warehouse and would be additional 2 weeks!...she agreed to ring warehouse and try to hurry order through and call me back - of course she never did!

a further 2 weeks later still in same position, customer services still saying same thing

I would advise you to spend your money with another retailer to cares about its customers and service
