Ordered ps3 on back order, but got confirmation that order was to be dispatched within 24 hrs of placing the order. ShopTo.Net sent emails for each step of the process, down to what approximate hour my order was due to arrive. In all a really good price, and a system that keeps the customer well informed. I usually find it is dealing with issues that is the true reflection of how good a company is but I cannot fault ShopTo.Net on this evidence.
I purchased some earphones via the Nice Cans web site at a good price. The earphones came within a couple of days and everything was great, and all were happy with the world. Then after about 4 weeks the earphones developed a problem so I needed to send them back. In order to send something back you have to apply for a "returns request", similar to Amazon. However, having applied after a week I had still had no response (bar the auto response when I made the request) from the company. I tried to phone but the number rang out, so I used the online complaints form. Later that same day I got the returns labels sent with an apology, and I sent back the earphones the same day. TWO WEEKS LATER and I still had not received a replacement, nor had I received any contact from the company, so I emailed them to ask what was happening. Another 10 days went and I heard nothing so I sent another complaint email which generated a response, and my replacement buds were sent the next day. It's a shame because I initially wrote a good review for the company but now I would have to think more than twice before making a purchase from them again.
