There is a really good collection of interesting puzzles and games that you won't find in one place anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and there is a friendly, efficient service because it's a family-run business.
The pre-sales information and service from Sharps were very good. The surveyor then came to do a detailed measure of the space where we wanted a fitted wardrobe. This wasn't a particularly big or complex installation but one of the walls was sloping so that needed careful measuring. I am sure the surveyor measured accurately (he was here for ages) but the information didn't seem to get through as the fitter was not supplied with the right parts. Therefore, our installation dragged on over a Bank Holiday which was pretty frustrating. What was more annoying was the complete lack of contact by anyone in the customer service team at any point during this mess-up. This is particularly poor given how carefully' the 'what you can expect from Sharps' suggests something superior in Customer Service. We had to sort out and make decisions directly with the fitter.
The quality of the fitting and the product itself are excellent but I cannot recommend whole-heartedly because of the 'don't care attitude' of sales team once the sale was agreed. This is very short sighted of them as repeat business has gone out of the window.
