Great prices
The prices are great. The quality of the material used is as advertised. However there is still some room for improvement in the stitching work. Packaging of several items was damaged upon receival, there was no additional filling to prevent items from bouncing around and I would not call the packaging particularly sturdy.
Communication-wise much could be improved. An order reciept e-mail is the only communication that is sent out. It would be a better with an actual confirmation and a dispatch confirmation e-mail was sent as well.
With all this said. I would probably buy from them again.

VERY competitive prices and none of that is at the expense of customer service. I had a talk on the phone and via e-mail and a smaller issue with delivery pricing for EU was handled perfectly.
A 100% satisfied customer here, who definitely would shop here again.
