Ordered special offer Valentines box on 6th Feb, received dispatch email 11th Feb, now 27th Feb and still no Chocs, I did inform the company of no delivery, and they did say that they would refund the purchase price back onto my card and if the chocs arrived I could keep them, fair enough, but all I wanted was the Chocs for a Valentines gift, on the moneysupermarket forum there are also customers whom had not received the Chocs also.
Right product at the right price, but would be better pleased if the delivery time was cut to max of 14days say for orders of six doors or less.
Received correct products at the right price and delivered on time.
I HAD TO EMAIL ALPHAROOMS SEVERAL TIMES FOR CLARIFICATION OF DETAILS OF OUR BOOKING THAT WERE NOT VERY CLEAR ON THE ITINERARY, THE MAIN POINT WAS THE CARRY ON BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WHICH THEY MESSED US UP ON, AT ONE POINT TELLING US IT WAS 10KG EACH BUT FINALLY TELLING US THAT THEIR CONTRACT WITH MONARCH AIRLINES WAS ONLY 5KG EACH, BUT WHEN WE CHECKED IN ,THE LADY ON THE DESK TOLD US THAT WE COULD HAVE TAKEN 10KG EACH, THAT EXTRA ALLOWANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN WELL USED AS I WAS TRAVELLING WITH TWO FEMALES WHO LIKE TO DRESS AND SHOP SO WE COULD NOT BRING MUCH SHOPPING BACK WITH US AND NO DUTY FREE DRINK.??? Sarah, your reply is just not good enough,I would like to know why was I given the wrong information? both by email and by telephone.YOUR EXCUSES ARE NOT GOODENOUGH, I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED AN ESTABLISHED REPUTABLE COMPANY TO HAVE GOT IT RIGHT FIRST TIME, ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT ALLOWANCE.I WILL NOT BE USING ALPHAROOMS AGAIN.
