I bought a not inexpensive (at over £1500) ViSpring Mattress back in May and was sold a mattress protector (£100) at the same time. The mattress was delivered, but the protector is still missing despite several calls to their Bristol store. Never get the promissed call back. Needless to say, no sign of a refund either!
