Have ordered from this company on a number of occasions, and it usually takes within a couple of weeks for the deliveries to arrive.
However, my latest order # 1036765 was placed on the 12th January and I'm still waiting...
After 4 weeks of viewing the 5 single tin kit items coming & going out of stock I tried to request a realistic estimate of delivery from the online help function, but received an unhelpful standard response advising I check the same stock detail.
On the 16th Feb I wrote to their business address, including my phone & e-mail details, requesting the possibility of part-picking, prioritising or at least a realistic update for the order, but have yet to receive a reply.
Having used this company regularly over the last 12 months (£300+ spent so far), & also recommending them to several "new to brewing" friends/colleagues for their prompt delivery & competive prices, I feel let down & hope they do eventually deal with me as a valued returning customer.
